Thank you for your support over the past year and allowing us to care for your four-legged family members. We look forward to serving you in the coming years!

We love our canine and pocket pet friends, but 2013 was the Year of the 2013_Cleveland_Cat_Health_Fair_Drs_Souders_Zabik_and_Fegan_answering_questionsCat at Big Creek. Each month we set up a special display including one at the Middleburg Heights library.

In January, besides the dental special running through mid-March, we started teaming up with the Cleveland Persian Society. They participated in our Cleveland Cat Health Fair in April (the 2nd Annual Cleveland Cat Health Fair is February 26, 2014).

Bark_for_Life_5_25_13_Susan_and_her_dogsOn Memorial Day weekend, we took part in the Olmsted Bark for Life which is associated with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (this year it will be Saturday, May 24, 2014). Also, the entire team was involved in Safety Town last summer as we taught pet safety to approximately 300 children entering kindergarten in the Berea, Middleburg Heights, and Olmsted schools. Cosmo Reid, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Fagin Fegan, Golden Retriever, were the stars of the show.

Dr. Souders became a proud dad in August when his wife, Anna, gave birth to their son Joshua Thomas. Brent started veterinary school at OSU while Kayleigh started veterinary technician school at Tri-C in August. Karly completed tech school at Brown-Mackie and is now doing her externship here.

Pet loss is always a sad part of our practice, especially this year, as, clinic pets Bagel, CC, and Selina passed away.

We want to thank everyone for helping us with our application for a Mission Main Street Grant by voting for us on Facebook. Grant winners will be announced in January and if we are successful, we’ll purchase some advanced diagnostic equipment to expand the services we can provide to better care for your pets.

May God richly bless you and your family, both 2 & 4-legged, this Holiday Season and in 2014.

The Big Creek Pet Hospital Team

P.S. One of the greatest gifts you could give us this holiday season is
writing a review on your favorite site, such as, Google Reviews, Yelp or Insiderpages.
